This pretty much sounds like every state project built under the guidance of John Rowland.

The lawsuit alleges Pelli’s architectural plans for the science center were “incomplete, ambiguous and flawed.” It alleges Pelli failed to design systems and structures that met building codes, and delayed the project and increased costs “in substantial and numerous ways.”

Of course, when the guy responsible for the shady contracts has already gotten the boot, the state is free to file lawsuits. So, in a way, this is a refreshing change of pace.
